Information we collect

When you place an order with Remory we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and the photos you upload. We also collect standard usage data such as browser type, pages visited, and IP address through our analytics tools.

How we use it

We use your information only to fulfil your order, communicate with you about it, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Your photos are used only to produce your book and are deleted from our systems after your order is complete.

Third parties

To deliver our service we work with the following trusted providers:

• Stripe handles payment processing. Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
• Uploadcare manages secure photo upload and storage. Photos are encrypted in transit and at rest.
• Gelato handles print production and fulfilment. Your delivery address is shared with Gelato to ship your order.
• Resend delivers transactional emails including your order confirmation.

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy and operates under applicable data protection laws.

Data retention

We retain your order information for up to 7 years for tax and legal compliance purposes. Your uploaded photos are deleted within 30 days of your order being fulfilled. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
