Service description

Remory provides a photo-to-watercolour book service. You upload photographs, we transform them into watercolour illustrations and produce a premium hardcover book, which is then delivered to your nominated address. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of ordering. Your order is confirmed once payment is collected. We may refuse or cancel orders where necessary.

Refunds

Because each book is produced individually and cannot be resold, we do not offer refunds once production has commenced. If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

If you have concerns before production begins, please reach out as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.

Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the photographs you upload. By uploading photos you grant Remory a limited licence to use them only for the purpose of producing your order. We will never use your photos for marketing or any other purpose without your written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Remory's liability for any claim arising from our service is limited to the amount paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
